- “Boats” are considered any vessels (privately owned or otherwise) that are designed to be propelled by machinery, oars, paddles, or wind action upon a sail for navigation on the water.
- Permits will be required for any boats prior to storage in the common area or placement on the water.
- Permits will be issued for an initiation fee of $25.
- Permits will be subject to an annual compliance review by the Board of Directors.
- Any boats not displaying a permit number may be removed at the owner’s expense.
- The Board reserves the right to limit the number of boating permits available.
- Secure tie-ups are provided for securing boats to the shore of the big lake only, based on the issued permit.
- No boats may be stored on any Lakepointe common area, unless it is secured to a provided tie-up.
- No gasoline powered motors are allowed on any Lakepointe common area (including boats, ATVs, motorcycles).
- No firearms, weapons, alcohol, liquor or fireworks are allowed on any Lakepointe common area.
- No trailers of any type may be stored on Lakepointe common areas.
