Payment in full is required of all Lakepointe homeowners no later than January 1st. In accordance with the LHOA Covenants, a $50 late fee and 6% per annum interest will be charged for late payments. Less than full payment may result in additional collection costs including late fees, legal & administrative fees, property liens, and court costs. If there is a past due balance on your account, payments will first be applied to any outstanding invoice(s).
